Everyone can learn to control distracting or stressful thoughts through meditation. If we meditate for even ten minutes a day. we will begin to feel more relaxed and we’ll notice our mind becoming clearer and less cluttered. In time, we gain the ability to react in positive ways to normally annoying or difficult situations. Overall, we will feel happier. In this series we learn why meditation is such a powerful tool for inner peace and growth. We will be shown how we can easily incorporate the practice into our busy lives.

The classes include guided meditations, teachings, and an opportunity to ask questions.
Cost: $10 a class or $28 for the series
