Eight Steps to Happiness
Monday Evenings: 6:30 - 8pm with Gen Kelsang Thekchen
Love is the wish for others to be happy. In these classes we are shown how to gradually move our mind toward a loving attitude free from attachment and jealousy and thus experience peace of mind and a meaningful life.

Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times
When we develop a positive attitude toward difficult circumstances we achieve a mental freedom that allows us to approach our situation with a clear and happy mind. In this series, we develop the wisdom to solve our daily problems through changing our perspective.

Cost
$10 per class, $40 for 5 classes
Free to KMCC students with TTP, FP or GP member cards.
Classes include two guided meditations, a teaching and time for questions.
These meditation classes are open to the public and are perfectly suitable for those new to meditation and Buddhist philosophy.
