A four-week meditation series on developing love

Monday Evenings: 7-8:30pm with Kadampa Teacher, Rose Hirano
Love is the wish for others to be happy. In these classes we are shown how to gradually move our mind toward a loving attitude free from attachment and jealousy and thus experience peace of mind and a meaningful life.

- March 15: Changing our world through the mind of compassion
Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times
When we develop a positive attitude toward difficult circumstances we achieve a mental freedom that allows us to approach our situation with a clear and happy mind. In this series, we develop the wisdom to solve our daily problems through changing our perspective.
