We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, and yet few of us have really come to terms with it. Buddha's teachings give us an unparalleled insight into death and dying, and through meditation we can develop an awareness of our own mortality that will totally enrich and transform our human life.
